The Crew
What is a job that when done right no one notices, but the moment its done wrong all eyes are on you? The answer is Stage Technician. That includes anyone who works behind the scenes during a theatrical production. These people are often both overlooked an underappreciated! With that in mind, we whole-heartedly wish to thank our crew for The Lover by Harold Pinter.
Debbie Baumann (Director) has returned to her love of the theater. Having taking some time off, she has learned a few new techniques and lessons. She hopes you will enjoy her direction of her first play with the talented Valley Players. This new troupe has worked very hard to bring their play to life. Special thanks as always to her ever so knowledgeable and talented daughter April for her unabridged comments and directions.
April Vincak (Assistant Director) is eternally grateful to her mother for allowing her to learn the subtleties behind being a great director. The love of theatre is in her blood. Thanks mom!
Lu Kenmonth (Stage Manager) is a 2nd grade teacher at Salvador Art Integration School. She works with K-5th grade students each year on musicals which go up every May. When she is not teaching kids, she volunteers for our local Napa theaters, ushering, stage managing, working lights, or being a sound technician back stage. Break a leg everyone!
Patricia Giusti Quinn (Assistant Stage Manager) has been involved in theatre since 1991. She has performed in many a play as well as stage-managed for troupes such as Dreamweavers, Riverfront Playhouse in Redding and St. John’s Lutheran Children productions and others. She is honored to be part of this awesome cast and crew.
